The Employee Workday Profile survey canvassed the opinions of 379 employers and more than 4,300 job seekers in Singapore and uncovered the following findings:
• 44% of workers say they are least productive on Mondays
• 70% of employers in Singapore report that they receive more Medical Certificates (MCs) on a Monday than any other day of the week
• 72% say employees are most commonly late for work on Monday morning.
