Stress and Wellness Management

Stress lowers a person's immunity and affects one’s immune responses.

This workshop helps the participants to understand stress, the causes and how to deal with it. Participants will practice hands on exercise and techniques on how to relieve, relax and reduce stress. On top of the exercises, participants will also learn how to increase body wellness by improving nutrition intake and thinking in the right manner.
