Yet another commentary on the topic of career change

For the first time since this month started, we're not stressed. Perhaps it's really true what they say....that a good night sleep is worth more than a luxury. How about you? Did you get a good night sleep? We know these aren't career questions, but we're just being true to our promises.

Late last year, we remember doing this almost everyday. We can definitely say that it's because of our knack for lighthearted conversations that we're still here and this blog's still as active as ever. But we do hope you understand why we've not been "like that" for a long time.

Anyway, what's up? What are we planning to talk about today, anyway? Career development? Goal setting? Or perhaps, another topic in relation to job hunting? It's something we've long made a stand on, so you won't be surprised of the outcome. Do you remember our stand regarding Career change? What is it again?

Right, go if the situation really calls for it. If not, well, in today's ultracompetitive job market, it's better to play everything safe. Our interest to this topic came back after reading this new article from Hays Singapore at http://sg.jobsdb.com/SG/EN/Resources/JobSeekerArticle/Workplace%20matching?ID=691, wherein the recruiting experts advised Singapore employers that consistency is the key to keep turnover levels low.

The advice was given in relation to the results of their recent employee survey. It seems that majority of career professionals in Singapore are happy with their work conditions now.

If you were to be asked the question, what would you answer? It's interesting to know. Feel free to use the comments section below to expound on your thoughts. We'll be waiting.
