How? Through lessons of entrepreneurship. Adrian Lim. the Vice President of DWG tells us, "Being a property agent at DWG empowers you to be an entrepreneur to achieve financial freedom." The company's Senior Division Director, Darren Lee, explains that further. "Our special DWG program called 'Standing in the heat', will teach all our new agents experiential learning through games, a mock trade fair, and activities to manage a business and overcome the fears that we have inside", he shares to us.
