Wow. Just wow. It's sort of hard to believe that we've reached ed.7 already. Well, we're flaky. But at least we've improved in our prose? We effort every-time we write about Singapore jobs, after all.
Anyway, just to set the standards, we've researched a lot for today, so please take out your pen and notepad. Aside from that, we're also set to feature a recent press release about Singapore careers from Ambition. There's no reason for you to not read this wholly.
So, let's start?
The IRs are making a lot of noise. Not that this is a bad thing, though. Experts at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) say that both Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa has reaped returns that are higher than expected in the first nine months of last year. They are seeing a continuous expansion for these tourism establishments this year too, so we guess, everything's covered tourism jobs and hospitality jobs -wise?
Marina Bay Sands, in particular, has announced plans of expansion and it's currently lobbying the Singapore Government for more land. Job hunters in the tourism industry have nothing to worry about in terms of prospects.
It's been pinpointed that Q4 has not been good in terms of number of job advertisements yes, but that is due to the festive season. According to Andrea Ross, managing director of Robert Walters Singapore, number of management jobs, engineer jobs, architecture jobs, and technician jobs will remain steady in the coming quarters, enough to keep thousands of job hunters moving.
The MTI also reports that the sectors of retail, financial services, and manufacturing have also experienced growth. This only means one thing... a stable influx of retail jobs, finance jobs, bank jobs, and manufacturing jobs in the next quarter, unless something negatively big comes up.
How about Ambition's report? There is a good future waiting for job hunters of business development jobs, marketing jobs, SEO jobs, and accounting jobs in Singapore. You can read the complete report at sg.jobsdb.com/SG/EN/Resources/JobSeekerArticle/Asia.htm?ID=609.
